To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we operate with the following schedule:
Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (GMT) Monday – Friday.
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Operating Days: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
We ship all camera gear via tracked and insured couriers (e.g., DPD, Royal Mail Special Delivery) to ensure safety.
Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days.
Maximum Delivery Time: In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, if your order has not arrived within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
Signature: Due to the high value of optical equipment, all deliveries require a signature. If no one is available, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
For security and fraud prevention, we primarily ship to the billing address associated with your payment method. If you require delivery to a different professional address (e.g., a studio or office), please ensure this is specified at checkout.
Note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses due to signature requirements.
Damaged on Arrival: If the packaging appears damaged, please sign for it as "Damaged" or refuse the delivery. Contact us at support@barylphoto.com within 24 hours with video evidence of the unboxing.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, contact us. We will take full responsibility for coordinating with the courier to locate your items or issue a replacement.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping : Free
Which couriers do you use? We ship high-value camera equipment exclusively through tracked and insured services, primarily DPD and Royal Mail Special Delivery, to ensure your gear arrives safely.
What is your order cutoff time? Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (order preparation).
Transit Time: 3–5 business days for Standard Delivery.
Total Estimated Delivery: Usually within 5–7 business days for standard orders.
Do you deliver on weekends? Our standard shipping operates Monday through Friday. While some couriers may deliver on Saturdays, we do not officially guarantee weekend deliveries.
How can I track my order? As soon as your gear leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s portal so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do I need to sign for my delivery? Yes. Due to the high value and delicate nature of cameras and lenses, all Barylphoto deliveries require a signature. We cannot leave packages in "safe places" or with neighbors unless specifically authorized through the courier's official app.
My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do? Please check if a signature was provided by someone else in your household or office. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@barylphoto.com within 24 hours so we can open an investigation with the courier.
What happens if my order is delayed? If your order is delayed beyond our estimated window, we will notify you immediately. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, if we fail to deliver within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
Do you ship to PO Boxes? No. Because we require a physical signature for high-value optical equipment, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Do you ship outside of the UK? Currently, Barylphoto UK Limited focuses on serving the UK market to ensure the fastest delivery and best warranty support. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
