Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason.
Cancellation Period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us of your intent to return.
Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to physically send the item back to us.
Condition: Items must be returned in "new, unopened and in sealed" condition.

Recommendation: Given the high value of camera gear, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
The following cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
Personalized/Custom Orders: Equipment modified to your specific requirements.
Sealed Software/Media: Items such as unsealed software, memory cards, or film where the seal has been broken.
Sale Items: Under UK law, your 14-day right to return still applies to sale items purchased online.
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 1 business day.
Method: Refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method used during purchase.
Timeline: While we process refunds immediately, please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction. If you haven't received it after 15 business days, please contact us.

Faulty/Damaged Items: If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, Barylphoto UK Limited will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse your shipping costs.
How long does it take to get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 1 business day.
Where will my money be sent? All refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.
Are there any restocking fees? No. We do not charge restocking fees for items returned in their original, "as-new" condition within the 14-day window.
What if my camera arrives damaged? Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged, contact us at support@barylphoto.com within 48 hours. We require a video of the unboxing to verify transit damage and expedite your replacement or refund.
Can I return an item if I’ve opened the box? No, we don't accept returns under change of mind condition if the product is open box or broken seal.
Are there items I cannot return? We cannot accept returns on:
Custom-configured or personalized equipment.
Software, memory cards, or film where the factory seal has been broken.
Gift cards.
