I recently decided to try your company and purchase a lens, on your site it said delivery would be 5-7 days, personally I think if someone spends almost £1600 it should be a next day delivery, alas the delivery claim was an untruth and if I hadn’t contacted you to chase it up on day 5 I suspect that you wouldn’t have bothered updating me at all, initially you’re customer service was ok up until the point when I chased my order up, after that I would say it was almost bordering on argumentative, and I was told in no uncertain terms to be patient even after the guaranteed delivery date which never happened, now I suspect (but can’t prove) after the email exchange you then decided to make me wait for my lens even longer even though in a previous email I was told it would be with me by Friday at the latest, another untruth, so in total my delivery took 10 days. I had to call the police to get a crime number as I thought I was being scammed and I had to my credit card company to make them aware of the situation.
You are clearly buying in grey imports to order which I don’t have an issue with, you lying about the delivery time I have a major issue with, I am a professional motorsport photographer of many years and I spend a considerable amount of money on camera equipment and accessories every year, had this transaction gone smoothly I would have used you again, obviously I will NEVER use your company ever again, while I will never slag your company off but I will if asked give my honest opinion to other professional photographers.
